What the GEO audit checks
- AI crawler access — your robots.txt rules for GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and other AI agents.
- llms.txt — whether the file exists at your site root and follows the format.
- Structured data — Schema.org JSON-LD and microdata such as Organization, Product and FAQPage, on your homepage and a sample of inner pages.
- Entity signals — titles, descriptions, headings and how clearly your brand reads as one known thing.
If your site blocks our checker or a fetch fails, that check is marked "could not verify" — never reported as missing.
How the AI search grader works
Each area is scored and combined into a readiness grade:
- Prime Visibility (85+) — easy for AI engines to read and cite.
- Competitive (70–84) — solid, with a few gaps competitors can exploit.
- Partially Indexed (50–69) — engines see you, but not clearly.
- Ghost (below 50) — largely invisible to AI answers.
What you get
A list of fixes ordered by impact, each with a plain-language explanation and the exact snippet to ship — a robots.txt rule, a JSON-LD block or an llms.txt file.
